To complete an application you must:
- be a New Zealand citizen, a permanent resident or work visa holder who currently resides in New Zealand
- be 18 years of age or older
- have a New Zealand bank account with online banking access
- have ongoing consistent income that is deposited regularly into your bank account
- have a valid NZ Drivers Licence or International License
- have a valid email address
- have a valid NZ mobile phone number
